The “recovery pod” is a dedicated health space created for practicing the skill of recovery.  Based on sport sciences, Kinect has curated a collection of technologies that can measure and improve your body’s ability to recover.

Aside from speeding up your recovery of post-workout muscle soreness and fatigue, the recovery pod can also help you feel and think better as well.  Whether you’re an athlete, burnt out from work, or slightly overwhelmed, we’ve created some space for you.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

FST is a safe and effective method to resolve chronic discomfort or stiffness throughout the body.  The advanced stretches help correct and re-balance the fascial system to restore proper function.  It is gentle and rhythmic, allowing you to feel lighter, taller, and more energy at the end of every session.

This is a great solution for those with chronic tension or discomfort in the neck, back, shoulders, arms, hips, knees, and ankles/feet.

ELDOA Method

ELDOA is the practice of unique postural poses to “create space” globally throughout the joints in our body. This helps correct and re-tension the body’s fascial chains to improve joint health.

At Kinect, we offer it as guided sessions (individual or group), tailoring it to your specific needs or goals. ELDOA is particularly effective for those who have chronic neck, back, shoulder, and hip tension/discomfort.
